Spreadsheet Overview

1. Budget Summary: A succinct summary sheet that show the progress of spending as it related to the allocated funds for the primary categories. This summary sheet can be saved as PDF and provide to team members for progress checks or attached to a contract as the Statement of Services and Budget Details exhibit.
2. Budget Details: This is the detailed list of sub-categories for the primary categories. For example, the primary category Rentals has the sub-categories of table linens, glassware, tableware / utensils, wine & spirits bar, canopies / tents, dance floor, champagne wall, chocolate waterfall, pipes & drapes, etc. This spreadsheet can be saved as PDF and attached to a contract as the Statement of Services and Budget Details exhibit.
3. Individual Expense Log: This sheet is the heart of the budget tracker as it allows you to enter ALL THE EXPENSES ON ONE SHEET. Using lists, lookups and other Excel formulas, each expense entry will be automatically added to the applicable primary and sub-category on the applicable worksheets.
4. Guest RSVP List: Basic RSVP list that allows you to keep track of the guest that will be attending.
5. Work Tracking Log Simple: This sheet will help you keep track of the time you spent on each task pre-, during and post the event. This includes all the project management time including the planning, organizing, setting-up and/or breaking down that may be require for an event.
6. Work Tracking Log Multi Rates: If you are an event planner that provide a wide range of services that have different hourly rates, you can tailor this sheet with your services and corresponding prices to easily allow you to keep track of the time you are spending on each task.
7. Vendor List: This spreadsheet allows you to keep track of the vendor that are being using for an event.
8. Brainstorming Ideas: A simple sheet where you can keep track of ideas.
9. Décor Ideas: This sheet has a heartly list of décor ideas that you can use for your event.
