~ ~ ~ ~ PROP SIZE OPTIONS ~ ~ ~ ~

There are three size options which all have adhesive backing except:

1) 24" in w x 24" in h.

2) 30" in w x 24" in h.

3) 36" in w x 36" in h. This size board will be scored and folded when shipped.

4) 46" in w x 46" in h. OUT OF STOCK - This overlay does not have an adhesive backing and can be placed on the board using glue or velco. This size board will be scored and folded when shipped. OUT OF STOCK

Please Note: This product is shipped in two pieces. The magnetic center is a separate overlay that will have to be manually adhered to the die-cut board.

~ ~ ~ ~ ABOUT THE EVENT PROP ~ ~ ~ ~

This photo prop can be printed on one of three materials - see the last image for a visual:

1) 1/8" corrugated cardboard - Most economical option, specially for one time use

2) 3/16 inch foam board - Durable and ideal for repeat usage

3) 3/16 inch corrugated plastic waterproof - Waterproof and very durable. Ideal for long term and outdoor use. This material is commonly used for lawn signs and has slits for single and H-wire stakes.

Please Note: Corrugated plastic is not a hard plastic.

The design will be printed using UV resistant inks that ensure the colors will not fade. Plus the event prop will be treated with a finish that is smooth, non-reflective and semi-glossy.

Please Note: The board is printed by our production partner and will arrive in a separate package from the center overlay.

Please note: The magnets on some plastic letters are very weak. Please test the letters on your board several days before your event.

Please include the following information in the Personalization field when submitting your order:

1) Board theme and colors

2) Text for the board, top and/or bottom

3) Event Date for Production Time

~ ~ ~ ~ ORDER PROCESSING ~ ~ ~ ~

The first design proof will be sent within 3-5 business days. Timing starts the next business day and our business days are Monday through Friday.

Turnaround time for each round of revisions is 1-2 business days. There are two rounds of revisions included with this product.

All customized and personalized products must be reviewed and approved for production by the buyer.

Please response to the design proof message as soon as possible to prevent production delays.

~ ~ ~ ~ ORDER FINALIZATION AND PRODUCTION ~ ~ ~ ~

Orders for a stock or approved personalized design will be shipped by the date listed on the Etsy receipt. However, if we have the capacity and ability to ship an order sooner, we will do so.

~ ~ ~ ~ SHIPPING ~ ~ ~ ~

Please Note: This product is shipped in two separate packages. The magnetic center is a separate overlay will have to be manually adhered to the die-cut board and will arrive in a separate package from the board.

This product is shipped for free to United States locations using USPS First Class mail and delivery time ranges from 3-4 business days. Shipping using UPS can be chosen for faster delivery times.

Weekend delivery is not offered. Please do not count weekends, holidays, or the day the order is shipped as a shipping days.

~ ~ ~ ~ PACKAGING ~ ~ ~ ~

Event props larger than 30" in will be scored, folded and shipped in a box meets USPS, FedEx and UPS size requirements.

The maximum dimensions of our custom die cut products is 46" w in x 94" h in. If you would like a product sized smaller or larger than 46" x 94" -- a multi-panel product , or if you are interested in learning more about the creation of a custom design (graphical and/or die-cut), convo us to start the conversation.

We typically respond to all conversations within 1 to 5 business days. Our normal business days and hours are Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. EST. However, on occasion we do respond to convos during the off-hours.
